I want to hear what your favorite red lipsticks are! High end, drug store – it’s all good. I’m suddenly wearing red almost daily, and I want to collect them all but my wallet says I need to have more discretion. So I’m asking you to share your favorites. And as for the definition of “red”, I mean any shade that has a definite redness to it. Some of my favorites so far:
- Dior Lady, a limited edition coral red with a demi-matte finish.
- Givenchy 307 Grenat Initié Le Rouge (pictured above), a deep brick-red semi-matte.
- Mac Ruby Woo Retro Matte, a vivid coral red matte that’s the sort I never dreamed I could carry off but I can.
I do have some cheaper reds I love, but haven’t reviewed yet. Posh by ELF is gorgeous, I just don’t love the flavor or texture of it – but it looks amazing! I just bought some drugstore reds and will be gradually rolling out the reviews in the near future.
